I’ve been serving DFW families as a doula and educator since 2012, but my heart for this work started with my own story. My first baby arrived via cesarean, followed by three beautiful, unmedicated VBACs. Those four births changed everything for me—they were the defining moments that called me to walk alongside other families. I truly believe birth is a normal, natural, God-given process. While I’m deeply grateful for medical intervention when it’s truly needed, I know that most births flourish with little to no interference. My goal is to make sure you feel steady, educated, and completely empowered.Whether you choose to birth at home, in a birth center, or at a hospital, I’m there to support you without judgment. Every mother deserves to feel seen and ready for this journey, and I would be honored to be in your corner.
