Your Doula DFW doula will provide compassionate, non-judgemental, emotional and physical support for YOUR birth. From un-medicated to medicated, vaginal to cesarean section, homebirth to hospital birth, and everything in between, we are here to ensure YOUR birth is on YOUR terms. Because every woman and her partner deserve a beautiful experience bringing their child into this world.  


Pregnant Belly

before your birth

  • On call beginning at 38 weeks until you deliver
  • Unlimited email, text, and phone communication once hired and through the 6 week postpartum period 
  • Series of emails loaded with evidence based, informative literature about pregnancy, birth and newborn care
  • Referrals for childbirth educators, family-centered care providers, chiropractors, massage therapists, pelvic floor physical therapists, placenta encapsulators, birth photographers, and belly binding

At your birth

  • Continuous physical and emotional support 
  • Protect your birth space so that you can deliver your child in YOUR way
  • Serve as a communication bridge between you and your healthcare providers

  • FREE use of TENS Unit for labor
  • Aromatherapy using essential oils
  • Breath awareness 
  • Visualization
  • Verbal affirmations
  • Scripture reading and prayer, if desired  
  • Positioning (even in medicated births to help discourage baby malpositioning)

  • Ensure your partner's needs are met so that they can focus on supporting you

After your birth

  • Expert breastfeeding guidance and support including correct latch/positions and troubleshooting
  • Available for answering questions up to 6 weeks postpartum
  • In person postpartum visit (based on package type)
  • Education on newborn care, calming techniques, and newborn massage
  • Assist with baby wearing safety and techniques
  • Referrals for postpartum counseling and lactation consultants
